Danny is a facilitator and coach with a passion for the development of others. “I love seeing people have lightbulb moments that become the catalyst for positive change in their life”.

Danny has a background in sales leadership, learning & development and retail operations in telecommunications, health, and most recently the travel industry where he’s spent the past 13 years.

In his most recent role, Danny has helped many people navigate major changes to the business (pre and post Covid-19), helped them advance their careers, led his region to two global awards for profit improvement and a national award for profit, and received a director’s award for his time leading specialist brands for Flight Centre.

He believes these accolades resulted from his people first mentality when it comes to his leadership approach, “I’ve learnt that investing in people, listening to their needs and showing empathy to their situation when they need it is the backbone for any long term success.”

Danny is passionate about developing trends in people focused leadership, values based decision making and brave/vulnerable leadership.

He loves reading and listening to podcasts by prominent leadership voices in order to stay on top of new research and bring these teachings into his facilitation.
